Luxury trip to Georgia from London – any recommendations?

 I’ve been thinking about planning something a bit different for my next holiday. I usually go to Italy or Spain from London, but recently a friend mentioned Georgia. To be honest, I know almost nothing about the place apart from wine and maybe mountains? I’m looking for something that feels premium, a little more than just backpacking. Ideally, I’d want some kind of tailored experience, as I’ll be travelling with my partner and we’re after comfort, good food, and some adventure mixed in. Has anyone here tried a luxury tour to Georgia from London and can share how it went? I’d love to hear both the highlights and the things to watch out for.
